Return Policy

• Upon receiving and processing your return, we'll exchange, replace, or credit via original payment method within 3 business days

• Return products must be in original condition no alterations and please include all packaging, envelopes, bags, boxes, etc.

• Insurance coverage must be for full value of return items as T C & Family Jewelers LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments

• Additional fees may apply for abuse of return privileges, not following guidelines, or shipping back of unaccepted items

• Items returned because of manufacturing defects will be exchanged

• Finished Jewelry is to be returned within 15 days after purchasing

• Products returned are charged a 20% restocking fee

• All custom or CAD/CAM jewelry will require a $200.00 non-refundable casting fee per jewelry piece.
